The staff at the hotel desk was friendly as well as in the small dining area. We didn't run into any other employees on our room floor or in the lobby area. Although there were social distancing markings and sign around the hotel, elevator and restaurants there were none on the casino floor! All machines were open and as far as cleaning was concerned, we saw very few employees wiping down machines. That is why they are goin to go broke!įIrst visit back since casino reopened due to Covid-19 restrictions. Mille Lacs is run by horrible people who don't care. Don't go - go to Mystic lake, shooting star, Northern Lights - you'll be treated much better and not screwed for spending you money at their establishment. they welcome the criminals and drug addicts,'and abandon the patrons who were dedicated repeat customer. Their casino has small fractions of the population that previously had, and they treat their long time customers like dirt. l had been going there for over 10 years, numerous times per year.

Despite spending tons of money[ to become a platinum member, and years of playing as gold members, on labor day when e everyone with lower tiers and higher tiers was getting their grand play, i was shown that I had to gambled get 40 points to get grand play. this labor day 'we visited everyone was getting mystery grand play. played a lot this year and by june had raised to the platinum their level.
